How do you earn this bonus?

They will credit you one point for every dollar that is raked from a pot that you are dealt cards for. Full Tilt will award you up to three points for each cash game hand that you are involved in, depending on how much rake is taken from the pot. Meaning, if three dollars is raked on the hand, then each player at the table will receive three points, as long as they were dealt cards in the hand.
For tournaments and Sit and Go's, you are given seven Full Tilt points for each dollar in buy-in fees that you pay. Meaning, if you enter a $10+$1 tournament, you will be given seven Full Tilt points. There is no limit on the amount of points that you can be given for tournament or SNG fees.
Each "point" is worth $0.06 towards your bonus. So, if you earn 100 points in a cash game session, you will earn $6 of your bonus. Full Tilt will disperse of your bonus in increments of 10% of your initial deposit or $20, whichever is lower. Meaning, if you deposited $40 and received a $40 bonus, you would "earn" your bonus in increments of $4. Full Tilt will simply place the cash in your account as you work off the bonus.
